Compare reported work across tasks and set practical boundaries.
A dash means the agent did not report that metric; it is not zero. Compare like-for-like work and inspect missing values before concluding one agent is cheaper. Task usage is distinct from provider subscription quotas.
Step by step
Open Usage on a task to see its reported cost, tokens and elapsed usage.
Open Usage & limits from the lower sidebar for the workspace view and individual tasks.
Set supported limits and choose Save budget: cost for Claude Code, tokens for Claude Code/Codex, and minutes for supported runners.
If a budget pauses work, review usage, adjust the limit deliberately and resume the task.
